چکیده
Objetivo: Identificar os benefícios e indicações da terapia larval no tratamento de feridas crônicas. Metodologia: Trata-se uma revisão narrativa literatura, realizada Google Acadêmico, mês junho 2022, foram incluídos artigos originais revisões, publicados na íntegra eletronicamente, período janeiro 2021 a maio 2022. Foram excluídos materiais pagos, duplicidades, teses, dissertações trabalhos conclusão curso. Resultados: A apresenta resposta satisfatória, com melhora qualidade vida, manutenção tecidos viáveis baixo custo relacionado ao convencional. Considerações finais: é alternativa segura, rápida eficaz sendo indicada para crônicas que não respondem às abordagens tradicionais, possui poucas contraindicações traz diversos o paciente.
